Every action in the governance engine is recorded in an append-only audit trail.

Retention¶
Hosted: 30-day retention on the free tier. Self-hosted: Unlimited retention.
Export¶
The audit trail is stored in PostgreSQL. For self-hosted deployments, query the audit_trail table directly for export or integration with external SIEM systems.
